Brief outline of terms. Full details will be sent out with any enquiry.
Minimum numbers Menu prices based on a minimum of 30. Final minimum numbers should be confirmed two weeks before the event. . Any additional numbers should be confirmed no later than 48 hours before the event. Our current menus are valid until 30th September 2008, and we reserve the right to amend the prices in the case of price fluctuation or budget reviews. The menus are priced on a ‘per head’ basis. Any damage to, losses or breakages of equipment by clients or their guests will be charged at the full replacement cost. Special dietary requirements need to be confirmed with the final numbers. Choices from our wine list are sold on a ‘sale or return basis’ and you will only be charged for the bottles opened. If you are providing your own drinks, a service charge will be made based on the number of guests to be served. Ice will be delivered direct to site and charged separately at £2 per bag. A for hot meals, a kitchen set up fee of £250 or £500 will be made dependent on the venue. Following the site visit, if any further set up costs are envisaged, these will be detailed in the final quotation. An equipment hire charge is applicable for every event. Details to be confirmed following a site visit. A deposit of £500 will be required to confirm the date. The final invoice will be issued immediately after the event for payment within 7 days. All prices quoted are ex-VAT. |
